    Sued by creditor
I was recently sued by a creditor. We agreed to settle the account with me making $200 payments each month. I have received a settlement letter and I have made my first payment on the agreed upon date. I also received papers for a stipulated judgment which has a balance larger than what was stated on the settlement letter. Can I show the settlement letter to the courts and have the case dismissed or do I have to also sign the stipulated agreement. And if I sign the stipulated agreement does that mean the settlement letter I received is null and void?
