    Do you have any clinics in your area? Like a ob/gyn clinic because most of them do it for free and some hospital clinics do it for free too.

    Family planning locations do the test free or supply tests, You can find tests in the "everything is a dollar" store in many areas, OK, not free but a dollar is not much.

    Your county health department will do the test based on income levels
