    Leaking Frameless Shower Enclosure
    Hello,
I recently had a frameless shower enclosure installed and it leaks in the door hinge area. I had the company come out that put it in and they blamed it on the shower head directing the spray at the hinge. Is it reasonable to expect this to happen or was the shower poorly installed. I've read that leaks at the hinge can be a problem if the spray is directed to it, but should I expect the door to be leak-free since it was professionally installed?

    Thanks for the help.

You’ll have that if there is no gasket between glass:)

Frameless shower door [ 3 Answers ]

Just got a frameless shower door. Water leaks out by dripping down 1 inch space between vertical edge of door (where clip hinges are) and tile wall. Water falls down wall and then leaks out onto bathroom floor. Someone said caulk the space from ground up to first clip. Any suggestions? JB
