How do I get my dog to STOP PEEING.
It's driving us insane. Our dog Jack is a 5-year-old shephard mix, about 40lbs, and has never done his business in the house save for a couple of poopy accidents if he didn't get let out in time (but NEVER pee). Over the last couple of months, though, we've come home to find HUGE pee areas on the carpet, and poop. He always does it in the same spot. After two back-to-back occasions when he had the opportunity outside but instead went on the carpet, we started putting him in our master bathroom when we went out. But we just discovered a NEW pee spot that he must have done WHILE WE WERE HOME. This is ridiculous! He's not an angry dog, or disobedient... he's a super big weenie and often doesn't want to go outside if it's cold or wet, but he's extremely obedient and I'm shocked that he did this while we were in the house. He normally comes and asks us to be let outside.
Any imput - mostly on how the heck to make him STOP?
