I do not know of any free online high school that is accredited. The GED can be gotten at low cost if you are low income but it will be though in class locally.

A couple of good places to start are going back to your high school and meeting with counselors and/or high-up administration. They can get you very localized info. On that kind of thing. They are usually very helpful and can give you some kind of help financially. High schools want to look good, they look good when they help their past students. My guess is they could locate some free online courses for you. There are many available I don't know exactly how many credits you need to get your ged but there are lots of options out there.
