    Kenmore Elite washer not agitating or spinning
    I have a Kenmore Elite Washer model 110.20972 992 that will not agitate or spin. It fills with water but in the wash or spin cycle it does nothing. I can turn it to the spin cycle to drain the water but the clothes are really wet and have not spun. From reading other answers I think it may have a broken drive coupler. Does anyone know what part number this would be for my model? In another post for a similar model it said to use part number 285852? I can not find my manual to get the exact part.

    I would check the belt on the unit if so equipped.

    My kennmore heavy duty washer is not spinning out waterI can hear nit spinning but can't see it spinning what's the problem
