    Need summon response letter
    I need a sample letter on how to reply to summon? I received this yesterday and I don't know what to do. It's just a small claim from the creditor.
    Please help!

    The format depends a little bit by State. What State? I would hesitate to give a generic answer.

    What is your defense to the Summons?

    Check out your State's judicial website, they sometimes post "sample" pleadings that you can use as a guideline. There is also great information for formatting legal pleadings (Answer doc and others) at CreditBoards.com - Credit Help, Credit Repair Tips, News, Forums and E-Document Package
