        Did you use Add/Remove Software in Control Panel? WAs Uninstaller in place when you installed it? Sounds like you partially uninstalled it. You might want to reinstall then use Add/Remove.

        On reading this a couple of questions spring to mind;
 Why did you uninstall it in the first place ?
 Why didn't you use the add/remove or in built uninstaller ?
 Have you tried reinstalling it and removing it correctly ?

        I was going to use disk copier and it told me I needed to reinstall the software. That's when the trouble started

        So if the program said to reinstall why didn't you or is it because you are using an illegal key ?
