    Who can prepare a deed
    Who can legally prepare a deed, warranty or quit claim, in the State of Florida?

    You can buy a deed blank at most stationary stores. You fill it out, get the appropriate signatures from the buyers and sellers, then file it with the county.

    It would be better, however, to have a real estate attorney or title company do it for you.

    If you are a party to the purchase you can prepare your own, or an employee of your company ( if this is a commercial property) can do it.

    Beyond that you will need a real estate attorney or a title company.
