    Fan stopped responding to remote
My fan and light has stopped responding to my remote. I had to turn it off by the wall switch. The red light comes on when any button is pushed. I have bought a new battery without any results. The fan is 15 feet high. I'm hoping for an easy solution that does not entail a 15 foot ladder! Thank you, Mary

You can TRY replacing the remote. But I am betting the solution will involve a 15' ladder.
