    Greek artist Christos Caras
Hello! My friend told me this site is like "magic" so perhaps someone can help me. I recently acquired an original Christos Caras and would like to offer it on eBay or some other forum for liquidation. I believe he is still living but old - should I wait until he passes because the art will increase in value? So, the questions are: how much is it worth and should I wait? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Mary

DO NOT PUT THAT ON EBAY!! Your holding a gem.

While I can't make an exact appraisal on it's worth. One of his pieces sold in 2007 at Sotheby's for 15,000 GBP. Smaller pieces have sold in the thousands. You need to get in touch with a licensed appraiser, and find a dealer that can help you navigate sale.
