    Would this question be True of False( A manager accused of defaming a subordinate may be able to claim a qualified privilege as a defense in the employee's lawsuit?

    You are correct, this question will be either true or false.

    And in a law suit you will have attorneys telling you either way, depends on who is paying their bill.
