    Garnishment on Business
    Hi there,

I have a quick question in regards to garnishment. I have recently been awarded judgment in Ontario Small Claims court. The debtor is a Small business, and I am looking at garnishing their bank account.

There is an exam hearing coming up soon, but more than likely they will not show up. I would like to find out where they bank exactly so I can begin the garnishment process.

Are there any resources out there that will provide me with this information?

    Thanks in advance!

One note, have someone go in and write them a check, the check will show what account it was deposited in.
