Should cooked food be left in cooker.
    Hi,

I had a fight with my wife... over whether "cooked food" should be left in pressure cooker for a longer time, which she didn't agree with.

I think cooked food should not be kept in pressure cooker for long because it starts chemical reactions with the body. Me being an Indian use more spices and our food in more prone for chemical reactions with cooker boundary.

So, I thought let me clarify with you being the wise man/woman...

    Please enlighten us.
