    First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

    Second, at the top of this forum is a sticky note that explains how. Unless the person is a spouse you have to sell or give them an interest inth e property by executing a deed transferring interest from the current owner(s) to the new owners.
