Black and white christmas movie
I can't remember the name of a movie I watched with the boyfriend a couple of years back, it was on TV, maybe sci-fi. It was black and white, set at christmas time. There was this drunk guy that was playing santa or some such, he had a sack that when he reached in would have a present specifically for whoever he was with. Anyway I think it emphasizes that this gives him a purpose other than drinking or something. At the end a cop approaches him and of course doesn't want to believe the story because the man is a drunk. I know this is very vague but any guesses would be appreciated.
