    Hi, pedal power!

What sort of things are you thinking of delivering on a bicycle where you might think that you'd need a license and to be bonded, please?

Yours is the type of question that I don't think has come up on this site previously. As such, it's difficult to answer without having more specifics as to what you'll actually be doing.

    Thanks!

    Licensing/bonding bicycle
This is more or less a typical bicycle courier plan, documents and small packages in a relatively small downtown corridor of Phoenix Az. Navigating the governments sites is impossible. I believe this also carries a special tax benefit as it is a service (product).

    Hi again, pedal power!

You started a new thread with your response to what I had posted. This place doesn't work the same way that a chat room does. It would have been better if you'd continued on this same thread here.

Anyway, I've combined your new thread that you started with this one so that there will be less likely to be any confusion.

I don't have an immediate answer for you. Would need to do some research about that. Perhaps someone will come along who will be able to answer you directly, though. I'll continue to look for the answer in case someone doesn't readily have one for you.

    Thanks!

You will need a busienss license to do business, and with this type of service most customers will want the person bonded. The bonding I do not think is required by the state but will be by most customers.

I am going to replace a 60amp meter base with a 100amp meter base with an outside disconnect. The main service breaker box is already a 100 amp. The question is, if I ground the outside disconnect and run 4 wire to the main pannel should the main pannel stay bonded like it is now?
