Visa to visit a dying relative in the US
I am an adult Filippino citizen and my dying father is a US citizen in the US. How do I obtain a visa to see him in his last days?

Apply for B-1/B-2 and submit medical reference issued by your dad's doctor. If you are denied, then seek help from human rights attorney.
