Yeah, if I had a girl who was trying to turn me on... well, she wouldn't really have to try too hard. It's pretty easy, but it doesn't sound like you two are compatible sexually. Try talking to him... if he won't talk, tell him you can't be in a sexless relationship and move on.

I know what your going through, my ex wouldn't have sex with me for months at a time even though I tried all sorts of things to spark her interest.

If he's not interested in sex, then your relationship is lacking sexual chemistry. That stuff comes naturally, it's nothing you can fix.
