Honda civic SOHC Vtec D15b7
My car starts very normal when very cold and when the engine is already on tempeature. But between there it starts difficult . You can smell the overloaded gasoline in the car!! I Found 2 errors which are Code 6 and Code 14 ( water temperature sensor and IAC valve ). I've already changed the IAC but where is the water temperature sensor located ? If I have change it already and it still starts difficult what else do I need to check ?

Yes, you need to change the Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) Sensor, which is located near the thermostat housing. The ECT Sensor is a thermistor, whose resistance decreases as the engine coolant temperature increases. This sensor affects the richness of the air/fuel mixture (injector pulse width), which is crucial at startup and until the car reaches normal operating temperature. Replacing it should solve your problem.

Ok . Is it the one which turns the radiator fan on ? Its plugged with one green and one black wire . If so , I've changed it twice already!! What else can it be ? I have a integra ignition plugged under my hood instead of the original one . Can it be THAT?? :((

No, it has nothing to do with the radiator fan. It may be located under the distributor on your engine, just to the right of the heater hose. The problem may even just be a problem with the connector going to the ECT Sensor.
It likely looks similar to this:

Likely, you will need to remove the distributor, in order to gain access. It may screw into the side of the cylinder head on your engine.
You never provided the year and model of your Civic.
