    Guardanship/Adoption Questions
My sister-in-law wants to give up her 4 1/2 year old son for adoption. My husband and I would like to take guardianship of our nephew. So that he can be adopted by a loving family that needs a child. How do I go about doing this and what kind of costs are we looking at here.

Thank you all for your time!

What you are proposing is a dangerous thing, mainly if you are going to remain in contact with her. Will she be in his life? Is there a way for you and your husband to help her out until she works things out? What are the circumstances, can you explain more? How do you decide to give up a 4.5 your old child?
