    Scarring on back (again)
    Hey
I asked this question a few months back, and still haven't gotten any replies, so I am asking it again. Is there any way that I can get rid of the scarring on my back from pimples? Help would be really appreciated

Laser acne scar treatment is also called laser resurfacing. It uses high-energy light to remove skin damaged by acne scars. Laser treatment is used not only to treat acne scars, but also to minimize wrinkles and other skin imperfections.

For years most dermatologists recommended dermabrasion or chemical peels to remove acne scars. For some people these treatments worked very well, for some they didn't. Laser acne treatment is a recent invention and it produces very good results. Modern laser scar removal methods promote the growth of collagen under scars. So the scar is filled from the inside. The effect is long lasting and usually don't cause any complications.

Yes, it is expensive here in Ontario because as I found out for other issues after a consultation you don't just go once and its done. Deep scarring takes a few treatments before all the rough skin is gone. You can have a consultation for free and see how many treatments you will need, but from my investigations, it is the best way to go for many reasons. As with some other treatments, the scarring appears minimally again, but not with laser.

I've had my tragus pierced two weeks now and I have what I believe to be a hypertrophic scar on it. It's just a small reddish lump on my piercing and isn't seeping or anything like that, so I don't think it's infected. Also, it didn't hurt so I've slept on it, which, looking back, may be my...

Oh my goodness! To all those people who recommended toothpaste on pimple - well, thanks for your bad recommendation! I recently grew a pimple on my chin and with school starting soon, I wanted to get rid of it as soon as possible. I put toothpaste on it the other night. When I woke in the...

My husband has been ill with a bad flu and probably hooping cough. Recently he had blood in his urine and tests are being done. The doctor thinks its possibly a reaction to strong antiobiotics but that's before all tests are done. Today he got back x-rays which show that one kidney is...
