    Correct Procedure?
    If I signed a contract with a company stating that I would pay back any training I had received if I left within a year, but if I did not resign and was terminated, is this company allowed to still keep my last paycheck?

    If you leave the employment either because you leave or because of work performance you will have to pay the money back.

    What is the exact wording of the agreemet will make the difference.
