Not enough water in toilet bowl
Our toilet flushed fine. When it fills the tank, there is not enough water in the bowl. I have tried adjusting the chain thinking it would keep the flapper open longer, but that did not work, I then adjusted the fill level, but then is just kept running never turning off. Please help.

Have you checked to see if the small tube from the top of the ballcock to the white overflow tube's in place? That little tube fills the bowl as the tank fills. Good luck and thank you for rating my reply. Tom
