    I want to know in the state of Louisiana, under any law, can a convicted felon marry another convicted felon?

    Are they on parole or probation, if so do they have permision to be together from their PO.

    She is on probation and she claims that her po told her it would be okay. But the time that they got married he was in a halfway house and about a month of two ago he escaped and he was found dead at her house Tuesday. Can this marriage really be legal, let alone can't she charged for hidding an escapee?
