    Should I see a doctor?
Hi there a few days ago a started noticing that I was getting a cold, or so I thought. I have been getting progressivly worse daily no matter what I do. I have chest congestion, sinus drainage, severe cough, on and off headaches, dizziness and a stuffy nose.:( I have tried mucinex dm, tylenol cold, robitussin dm, etc. You name it Ive probably tried it. Does anyone have any sugestions? The cough actually woke me up this morning. Should I go to the doctor?

Sounds like a common cold to me.. if symptoms worsen and you don't seem to be getting better after 2 weeks... then I would go see a doctor

Go to the doctor. Don't wait two weeks, by then it could be much worse and require hospitalization.

I would rather you see a doctor now, and be told it is a simple cold, than wait two weeks and find out you have pneumonia.

If you have a fever of 101. Or higher, it might be the flu. If you have other medical problems i.e, asthma, then you should get checked for possible pneumonia
