I have a very serious problem with the neighbors letting their dogs run loose. Of course, that means, they do their business in my yard. I need a repellant, that won't harm any animals but will keep them out of my yard. Anyone know what I should use?

I have the same problem that was shown in the interoduction to sign in. The neighbors dogs doing their business in my yard. I need a repellant that won't harm any animals but keep them out of my yard. Can any one help?
