Stress or Anxiety due to work position
    Hello,

I'm a broker and I used to be on the telephones, however I hated it due to the high stress it entailed so I moved to electronic communication (i.e e-mail). Now because it is getting busy, I will have to get back on the phones at times. I cannot tell you how much anxiety I have when I get on the phones, my hands and voice shakes and I don't know what to do. The home remedies do not work. I'm looking for a drug prescription :D

    Thanks!

Anxiety disorders are normally easily medicated. A low dose of Xanax would probably work great for you, but only a doctor can determine that.

I still get a mini panic attack when a phone rings in my home or on television.

Anyway, there is no good solution for this problem. I ended up with a huge tranquillizer habit after I retired at 55. It took me at least a year to break the habit.

    Life in America. :)
