New shower room toilet and basin
    1. New shower room install had a shower found that dirty water gathered under my feet slow to go down.
2 new toilet close couple flushes sometimes and takes a long time to refill, water level in bowl seems low as when toilet is used mess is left behind
3 basin also installed tap leaking, plumber seems to have a problem with make of tap he says its "china" so what I say it cost enough... is he putting it in wrong? Big hole where pipes lead to drain can't this be covered? He reckons the outside is so its OK.

    Please help

Snake the shower drain. You have debris down there that must come out.

What type of ballcock do you have, (see image)? Make sure the little tube from the top of the ballcock is connected to the white overflow tube. That fills the bowl as the tank fills.

Your plimber's making excuses for his incompetency by blaming the faucet. Where's thje leak from?

They make a oversized chrome escutcheon plate that will cover the hole. Good luck and thank youfor rating my reply. Tom
