    Furnace blower on, not heat
I have an Amana 880SSE furance. I couple nights ago all the CO detectors in the house went off & the furnace quit "heating" but blower stayed on. I went through normal "troubleshooting" & it started working normally. Last night the CO detectors did NOT go off, but the furnace again stopped producing heat, but the blower stays on.?

It could be a few different items on the furnace but what concerns me the most is the fact that the CO detectors went off. For the sake of yourself and family please have a professional HVAC person do a ON SITE visit to your home and have them check the heat exchanger. Amana has had some problems with heat exchangers in the past and while they are there have them look to see what the problem with the furnace is. It is possible these two situations are related.
