    Florida slow pay motion for money owed to Landlord
    I broke my apartment lease 4 months early and I know I will be getting a bill for more than $4,000. Can I request a Slow Pay Motion from the county clerks office if I can't pay the payment plan the property management will set up for me.

    Well, I think it depends if they take you to court to get an actual judgement, or if they just present you with a bill.
