    Eviction notice
I have to move back into my home. It is currently rented by someone on housing assistance. How do I get back into my home? It is a matter of financial hardship.

Well, to do so legally your lease and/or your state laws would have to allow for this provision. I believe there are a few states that allow a lease to be broken for this reason. (Sorry, I don't know off-hand which ones.) If you're not in one of those states you are legally obligated to fulfill the lease.

And, I'll tell you that if HUD is involved it will be a difficult thing to do, probably even if it's allowed by your state law.

You could offer to buy the person out or something like that.
