Quit-claim deed reserving life estate/ bunkruptcy
Back in 2005 my parents signed a quit claim deed reserving life estate on their house over to me, now I find myself having to file for bunkruptcy due to a back injury and not being able to work.
My question is can the creditors put a lien on my parents house because of this deed, or force my parents to sell the property.

If I understand you, your parent deeded the property to you maintaining a life estate for themselves.

Under those circumstances, your creditors could place a lkien on the property, but I doubt if they could force a sale.
