matopregnant... the original post was from 2008, and the advice provided regarding natural progesterone should only be considered by someone with a known problem of low progesterone levels in consultation with their doctor or midwife... not just because someone is having difficulty becoming pregnant.
The reason for this is that there are numerous possible reasons someone is having trouble getting pregnant, and much of the time it is not even the female partner's fertility that needs to be addressed. It can be quite counterproductive and even dangerous to start trying either medical, herbal, or hormonal products without knowing what the specific problem is in the first place.
I looked through the website you provided and it does have some good info, just be aware that you can find this type of information for free without having to purchase the book. A book you can find for free at the library is Taking Charge of Your Fertility... this is an excellent resource for knowing how your body works and would be a wonderful addition along with the other information that you find.
