    Hipaa laws
    I am having a problem with a dental firm. Now their dept of risk management is getting involved. Does the woman in charge have the right to look at my chart without my written permission.

    Depending on what your "problem" with the dental firm is, sooner or later someone is going to have to review your file/chart to make a determination of sorts.
