    Divorce agreement
    Me and my ex are divorce and the judge ordered him to pay all the bills. I recently ran my credit and found out he has not paid anything and now even though I have a court order saying he's to pay bill they are coming after me. I don't know what to do? He has skipped town I guess he lives in calif Iam in wash, I can't get ahold of him, but I just found out he;s using my ssi# to gain credit. Does anybody have any advise??

    Well you find him, and serve him a notice of contempt of court.
    Then you go to court and see if the judge will issue a contempt order for not payint the bills.

    As to using your SS number, how is he doing that. But you freeze your credit,

    Hello m:

    Call the cops.

    In terms of your divorce, nobody told the credit card companies that HE'S going to pay, so they still are looking to you to get paid. In order for you save what's left of your credit, I'd pay them, and try to collect from your deadbeat ex.
