    Hello,
    I am having a problem with this furnace control board, in Jan of 08 the fan would not shut off after the 90 second time out after burner shut down, Ihad to shut off power to the furnace and turn it back on, it would go through the next cycle and same thing so I replaced the bcc3 board pt # 48k98 and everything worked fine.
    It started again this week so I replaced the board again and now the fan won't start after the 45 second time on delay at startup so I took the board back and got a new one again and the same thing happened on this boaed.
    At the start of the cycle the burner comes on normally but the fan won't start and the burner will shut down on limit but if I take one of the blue wires off the limit before it shuts down the burner it will shut off the burner and start the fan and when if I put it back on it will restart the burner until setpoint and shut it down and cycle the fan off after the 90 sec delay. Any help would be appreciated on this.

    Does the blower fan run at all ?
    Test the blower by setting the thermostat fan control to ON instead of auto and let the blower run for a few minutes so as to prove that the blower motor is OK.
