    Unemployment eligible
I am a self-employment, I received 1099 at the end of year. I did my income tax return
Based on my 1099 I received. Since it's tough I do not have any works right now.

My question is, am I eligible to receive unemployment benefits.

No, you are self employed and not eligible.

You have to work for a company and that company has to pay unemployment taxes.
