    Enclose existing garden tub and add shower
    We have a traditional garden tub in the master bath we would like to enclose with glass wall/door(s) and add a shower. There is a large window above the tub that opens. Would glass bricks work instead of the opening window? Would doing this look weird?? THANKS!

    Well you really will enjoy the showerbetter if you do something with the window, or at least your neighbors will enjoy it. Yes you can install glass block but that is a matter of taste, some folks like them and some not. You could also eliminate the window completely and install studs and Hardiebacker the coat with tile. Your tub mixing valve with have to be totally replaced with a tub/shower valve which has a diverter
