I don't know anything about dark nipple prevention, but a bit of common sense suggests to not gain too much EXTRA weight during pregnancy as the part of the fat will likely reside in your breasts. So in addition to the mammory glands becoming engorged with milk the extra fat would make them even bigger making it more difficult for them to retain elasticity and return to anything close to normal.

The truth of the matter is pregnancy changes women's bodies and I think it's almost all genetics which determines those women who's bodies change drastically and those who don't.

Talk to your OB/GYN, maybe they could make some sensible suggestions that will not harm the baby, like rubbing vitamin E on your breasts or where you might get stretch marks, etc.

However do not attempt to rub anything on your body that might be absorbed and affect the baby with checking with your doctor.

I wear a sports bra at night and that helps my breast stay perky. I'm a 32 D to a 32 DD when I'm not pregnant or nursing. So I know all about saggy breast prevention. As far as I know if you don't get stretch marks pregnancy and then loose the weight after you have your baby you should not have markedly saggy breasts. Rapid weight gain and loss and not wearing a bra are the two main ways to get saggy breasts. A study showed that even nursing does not cause saggy breasts. Mine are the same as they were before pregnancy. Just take care of them and you will be fine. Try not to worry if they do get saggy... Its worth it for baby. :)
