Somehow I doubt you are 19 to honest, because if you were you would likely know why it didn't feel as good the second time. It's obvious you don't know your body and frankly you sound like you are in middle school or younger and perhaps a young boy just trying to get aroused.

Nevertheless, if it is true that you are 19 then my answer is no, a finger will not change the tissues or muscles involved. Tissues are remarkably resilient and go back to their original configuration easily. If however you were to insert something a fair bit larger than a finger regularly and repeatedly the tissues would not have a chance to heal to their original state.

The fact is having a child vaginally is the single is probably the only thing that will change the 'tightness' as it were and I believe your concern is based on the myth that if a virgin has anything put inside her she will get loose, that is simply not true.
