    Garebear - If you are talking about what I think nyou are ,What you need to do is take a soft wire clothes hanger and check the wzater drain to make sure it is not clogged up .This drain is for water to get down to the pan under neath the fridge. It drains from the defrost cucle :: Hsave a good day and GOD BLESS :: F.B.E.
