    Sperm retrieval after vasectomy
Is it possible to retrieve sperm after vasectomy, with out going through a reversal? Also is it enough sperm to use in an Intra Uterine Insemination?

Sperm aspiration will do so. But then it must be followed by IVF in the same way as a vasectomy reversal. I don't know the cost of sperm aspiration, but I can tell you that IVF is about $17,000 a shot.
