    Street cart food.
    Looking into buying a crêpe cart for authentic french crêpes on the street side - I know the price of a crêpe cart, but does anyone know about permits and things in the state of Washington? How hard do you think it would be to actually start this up?

    Beyond the permit from the health department, most will come from the city you are operating in.
