    Caloric Intake
from what I hear, some sort of exercise regiment and a diet consisting of about 2000 calories a day is what you should aim for when losing weight.

if this is true? Does this mean you can eat anything you want just so long as it adds up to about 2000 calories? Is nutritional value a large factor to this? And if that were the case could you just eat certain vitamins and supplements to satisfy your bodies need for them?

it seems logical, but I am no health expert...

NO! You have to eat "healthy." fruits and veggies. Lean meat high in protein and other key vitamins such as fish, chicken, and tuna. I also recommend a daily multi-vitamin. Watch on eating out... most restaurants do not trim the fats of their meats. Stay away from salty foods! Also some people think they will get a salad when they eat out... I work at Chili's and our salads are actually very high in fat and caloric intake. Chicken is the best way to go when eating out. But don't get sides that are carbohydrates like fries and potatoes... go with corn or broccoli or a small side salad. And you must exercise... if all you can do is walk twenty minutes then do it... Caloric intake does matter to a point but its actually more important that you get all the essential vitamins and food groups to speed up metabolism and such. Good luck.. Hope I kind of helped a little

How to change the electrode assembly on caloric oven [ 8 Answers ]

Hi, I have a Caloric oven and one of the burners will not ignite because the electrode assembly is cracked. This is what causes the spark and ignites the burner. Has anyone changed this before? How do I do it? How do I lift the top? Do you need to unscrew anything first? Thanks for your help....
