    CD burner not recognizing CD
I have been trying to copy my photos to a CD, both by using the method provided in 'My Pictures' and also Roxio. It will show the files ready to be burned to CD, advise me to insert a CD - when I do it is not recognized. I know that it does work, as other CDs put into either slow work fine. Why does it not recognize one when I want to transfer my photos to it? FRUSTRATED!

There are two types of CDs... music and data. Check your settings and make sure the program knows you're creating a DATA CD.
