    Excess of Engine oil
    If the car engine oil is more than the dipstic full mark what will happened

    Depends on just how much overfull the crankcase is.
    If it's only slightly over, say less than a quart, likely nothing will happen.
    If it's significantly overfull, say a quart or more, that could result in a misfire and/or oil consumption, due to oil being force through the PCV system.
