    Heavenly bodies.
Do you believe saved souls will have a body in heaven?
Will we have a GLORIFIED body as Jesus did when he rose from the dead?
Was it material in some way?
The bible says that he could be touched.
    He broke bread.
    He ate fish.
    :)Peace and kindness,:)

Yup. In fact, I will be the one in the celestial kitchen wearing a blue-checked, bib-top apron (to avoid burns when the bacon spatters or when I open the oven door).

I will also be in the barn feeding the animals, especially the cats and the horses. My pet wolf will be there and Charlie the Coyote (The Daily Coyote) and the baby elephant nursery.

    Will I see you there?

It is even difficult to imagine what it will be like to have this "spiritual body" which is promised to us. No pain, (or even causes of pain), no aging and yet we will be able to eat, to talk, to walk, to see all the wonders which God has created.

At my age, I'm looking forward to it.

    Phil 1:21-26
21 For to me, to live is Christ and to die is gain. 22 If I am to go on living in the body, this will mean fruitful labor for me. Yet what shall I choose? I do not know! 23 I am torn between the two: I desire to depart and be with Christ, which is better by far; 24 but it is more necessary for you that I remain in the body. 25 Convinced of this, I know that I will remain, and I will continue with all of you for your progress and joy in the faith, 26 so that through my being with you again your joy in Christ Jesus will overflow on account of me.

"Help Desk" doesn't allow me to "rate" your answer... but I certainly agree. It sounds like a fantastic adventure.

    "THE WORD" was made Flesh

ICorinthains 15:45 And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam [was made] a quickening spirit.

I Corinthians 15:46-47 Howbeit that [was] not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual. The first man [is] of the earth, earthy: the second man [is] the Lord from heaven.

I Coringthians 15:48-49 As [is] the earthy, such [are] they also that are earthy: and as [is] the heavenly, such [are] they also that are heavenly. And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly.

Note I Corinthians 15:50 Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.

I Corinthians 15:51-52 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
I Corinthians 15:53-54 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal [must] put on immortality. So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.

The Words which is the flesh of Christ remains with us, and with the Holy Spirit to aid in comfort. Christ is of the incorrupible, the immortality, the spiritual/Holy Spirit. This message is descriptive in telling us we will all be changed as was Christ's flesh body. Note: that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God, neither does the corrupted flesh for it changes to be incorruption, from mortal to immortally. This includes all just as it included Adam from the beginning. Not flesh and body of this earth..

    revdrgade,
    Thanks much.
I also have trouble rating people's answers.
Though I have tried several times I have yet to succeed so I quit trying.
