    Am I in labour
I am 38+weeks pregnant, since about 30 weeks I have been getting braxton hicks which never usually painful. But for the last few days now I have been getting the same kind of thing but these are painful I get them in my lower abdomen they last about 15 seconds each time coming every 5-10mins then they come and go for about an hour hour half sometimes... usualy stop for few hours then start at again but they have been much worse today the painf or the short time it's there is really sore..

Am I in slow labour is it false labour , braxton hicks?? help me

This is my second pregnancy as well... :)

The fact that you are no longer online, I'd say they are the real thing. Hehe

Braxton hicks can be as painful as the real deal. If the pain is sporadic then it's probably not the real thing.

Try walking the next time you feel these contractions, if the pain goes away while you're walking, then it's probably false labor.

Let us know how it turns out and congrats. :)
