    Tween-life crisis
OK I'm not a teen anymore I'm 21 to be exact, but I'm having teen-like problems. I don't know what it is that I feel so insecure about myself I haven't always felt this way. I mean I hate being in front of people because I'm worried about how I look even though I just looked at myself in the mirror 5 minutes ago. I have anxities in public, speechless around women even though majority of them I encounter say I'm cute and ask me out. I'm 6'3, atheltic build,165 pounds and I feel like the ugliest guy in the room. Sometimes I feel like everything is my fault and I'm just in the way. If there is someone out there with answers, HEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLPPPPPPPPP!! :(

This is a "easier said then done" piece of advice, but I will try it anyway.

Be more confident. You said yourself, that you look good, and girls ask you out! There is obviously something about you girls like! So next time you encounter a women, try to be more confident.

One thing you could try is spending more time in public, and talk to women more frequently. Treat it like a fear. Face your fear! Go out there, and talk to girls. Give yourself a goal, like, "I will approach 5 girls this week." Then go out and try your best to reach it. After a while, approaching women will be second nature, and you won't fell that anxiety anymore.

Also, just spend more time in groups of friends, and in public. Be more social, and spend more time in public.

As I said before, I know its easy to say, "Be condifent." But, I don't know what else to say. Give it shot, and see how it works out for you!

I am sure you are a good-looking, charming, funnny, great guy. Women realize it, and you should too!

    Good luck,
And keep us updated on your situation!
